This notice explains how we process personal data when you visit our website or contact us (Arts. 13/14 GDPR).
1) Server logs (when you visit our site)
When you access our site, our hosting provider automatically processes server log data (e.g., IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, user-agent). We use these logs to provide the website, ensure security, and troubleshoot.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in operating a secure, stable website). Data are kept only for a limited period necessary for these purposes.
2) Cookies & device access
We do not use non-essential cookies or comparable technologies. If we ever use non-essential storage/access on your device, we will ask for your consent first. Strictly necessary storage/access to provide the site may occur without consent (section 25 TDDDG).
3) Social media links (Spotify, Instagram)
Our website contains simple hyperlinks to our profiles/pages on Spotify and Instagram. No data are transmitted to these services until you click the respective link. Once you navigate to those platforms, their own privacy policies apply. (Legal bases on our side: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for providing external links.)
4) Contacting us
If you contact us (e.g., by email/phone), we process the data you provide (name, contact details, message) to handle your request.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contract-related communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (general enquiries). We delete correspondence once your request is completed, unless statutory retention duties apply.
5) Hosting and service providers (processors)
We use external IT/service providers who process data on our behalf and under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR), in particular our hosting provider: [Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, The Netherlands]. If processors outside the EU/EEA are used, appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) will be implemented.
6) Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
7) Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk (Art. 32 GDPR).
8) Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or to comply with legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise it.
9) Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is available on this page.
